The heritage of Clorius goes back to 1902. Founded by two Danish brothers Odin and Axel Clorius, the company commenced work on developing and producing a range of self-acting temperature controllers, a line that exists more than a century later.
Today, we specialize in development and production of controls for temperature and pressure.

For more than a century we have developed our knowledge about monitoring, controlling and regulating heat, cooling and ventilation within offshore, marine, industry, building and utility applications. Understandably, the products and the technology have gone through a dynamic development, and today we offer an up-to-date product range to match our clients’ need for reliable, economic and user-friendly solutions.

In March 2026, Clorius became part of Vexve Oy, a leading European provider of mission-critical valve solutions for energy infrastructure and selected energy-intensive industries.
