This year you can meet Clorius Controls at Posidonia 2022 where we are presenting our new and unique Low Leakage 3-Way Control Valve. This valve is an innovative Plug ‘N’ Play valve ready to use with maximum energy savings and reduction of Co2 emissions. It is the most compact and flexible valve on the market and it can be retrofitted into any system and equipped with pneumatic or electrical actuators.

The new high quality ULL control valve from Clorius is easy to install without any hot work and it is delivered as a package with spacers, gaskets and long bolts – Plug ’N’ Play.
This is the most compact and flexible valve on the market and it can be retrofitted into any system and replace valves from brands like AMOT, Pleiger, By Controls, NanJing TP, Nakakita and Ari at a low switching cost.
As the Kvs value is higher compared to most linear valves the pressure loss is lower and so is the power consumption on pumps.
The internal low leakage rate <0,01% provides for maximum energy savings and co2 emission reductions in the HT cooling system as less fuel is used for the pre-heater while at port.
Extra benefits will be obtained if you change from wax element to electrical actuated valves. Here you can also save maintenance costs with longer maintenance intervals.
The valve can be equipped with pneumatic or electrical actuators.
We can provide the valve with standard flange types – EN, ANSI 150, JIS 5K & JIS 10K.
